Biographical notes

There is no surviving parish entry record for the birth of Catherine, but she appears in the 1851 and 1861 Census returns. From her death certificate we learn that she was a Dressmaker and unmarried. She was living in Cross Street at the time of her death, which was notified by her brother John Pettigrew.
